Frequently asked
All of the agent's autonomous work stops — no outreach, no signals routed, no posts drafted. Anything in their queue stays in place. Resume them and they pick up where they left off.
Every agent ships with three autonomy levels — Assistant, Recommended, Autonomous. Recommended is the default. As your agents earn approval over time (e.g., Ivy gets 11/12 outreach approved without edits), they propose autonomy upgrades. You always decide.
Yes — gear icon → "Let agent go." You're billed through the end of the month. Your settings, roster, and history are saved for 30 days.
Different per agent. Ivy reads your CRM and the creator database. Cooper reads CRM, NPS, and Slack. Lana monitors public social and ICP-relevant mentions. Elliot reads connected employee LinkedIn accounts. Each is detailed during agent onboarding.
Lana detects signals → routes them to the right teammate. Hot leads → Sales. Happy customers → Cooper. Trending topics → Elliot. Creator opportunities → Ivy. You can see all routing rules in Lana's Routing tab.
Home shows a biweekly summary at the top, plus a live activity feed below. Each agent's desk has its own daily briefing on the Overview tab.
